I’ve been going to the joint chiropractic for years, and recently moved down here so figured I’d give this clinic a try. First I walk in, and the lady is appalled that I don’t have my ID and says it’s HIPPA if I don’t (lmao, anyone who knows what HIPPA is knows me checking into the chiropractor without my ID isn’t it). Then, the guy was just kind of rude, cold, and used all of his power to adjust me which actually ended up hurting me and twisting my hip OUT of place. Dr. Brandon was a complete jerk to my teenage son. We come to The Joint for chiropractic care, not a spelling lesson. Dr. Brandon: you need to maintain your professionalism with all your patients and do your job, if you want to maintain your career.
I’ve been going the Northgate for a number of years and today I probably had the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had there. Upon walking in I was very pleasantly greeted by Marissa at the front desk who is genuinely a very welcoming and kind person. Then I was adjusted by Dr. Brandon who did a perfect job of getting rid of an annoying spasm I had in my mid back. Dr. Brandon at the Northgate Clinic is fantastic. Adjusts everything with efficiency and expertise. Keeps me intop shape for running, cycling, swimming, power lifting and all my other sports & activities. He also has a wonderful personality that is congenial & professional. Highly recommend Dr. Brandon and this clinic.
Editing my review based on my visit 13NOV25, the receptionist was quite rude and difficult, and refused to provide any information on my current account status, changes since my last visit way back in March, or accept any answers from me. I hate bad customer service, and moreso when it deals with medical things since they're going to be providing care. Dr. Zach has been great to work with, very much appreciate the consultation along with the treatment.
