Chiropractic treatment is not a one time fix, but should be a way of life for all ages. I go 4 times per month & get the best bang for my buck that way, ; ) and stay on top of any issue before it can become worse. I'm an active 63 yr old that exercises 5 days a week, bowls 2-3 times a week, & occasionally plays tennis. These people help me to continue to do this & hopefully until I'm in my 90's! ; )
