The wait time is unreasonable
All the docs have been great!! They get me in and out fast!!
I’ve been a member here for over three years and the quality of service has become so poor at this location I have quit going on a regular basis. The couple of times that I have tried to stop in for my weekly adjustment the docs that they have left are so overworked they can’t take the time to be interested in their patients. I’m afraid it’s time to cancel my membership and move on it is unfortunate but I am paying good money for service that I cannot utilize anymore.

I went in for my first visit and the front desk woman was really nice and welcoming. However, when I was taken to the back the provider was rude and said I didn't need to be assessed even though I was having shoulder, neck and lower back pain. I have physically demanding job and recently started a new sport, so I thought the discomfort could be related to an alignment issue. He was rude and would even assess me. Never going to this place again.
Normally ,I would give a decent review, but not a great one ,because they can't keep their personal very long and they over work the one's they have. They stop caring and go through the motions, but the adjustments do help. Their system was down today and they couldn't treat me because of it. I was in obvious pain, and they couldn't write it down and enter it later.
I loved going every week to see Dr. Heath Alvidrez! He is the best chiropractor I've been treated by. When he was let go by corporate, I stopped going because The Joint corporate doesn't understand the quality care that Dr. Alvidrez gave his patients. He took time to talk with his patients to get to the root of pain. Corporate doesn't like that because they want quantity instead of quality. Honestly the best experience that I've had at a chiropractors office. Dr Brian was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered all of my questions and then some. I took notice of the fact the all of the staff were friendly and that their whole operation waz run very efficiently. It was also extremely affordable. I wish other professional health clinics were run as smoothly. I would highly recommend them, don't even think twice. When my spine was realigned I actually began laughing because it felt so good!
