The Joint has a company-wide policy requiring all of it's employees to wear masks but nobody at the St Charles location wears them. I won't be going here for treatment ever again.

Highly recommend them. There drs are very good at what they do and there staff are very helpful and respectful.
I WOULD recommend the Joint Chiropractic in a non-COVID world. But since we are still in the middle of a pandemic and cases in St. Charles are rising, I would not recommend this to my friends and loved ones. I understand that there isn’t a mask mandate in St. Charles, but JC should still be taking all the necessary precautions. The patients are not required to wear masks, chiropractors only wear masks when the patient is wearing one, the receptionist never wears a mask, and the lobby is small and often relatively crowded wit... read more
