The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The doctors care is set up for your personal care needs and after your initial visit your follow up visits can take as little as 15 minutes!

He does a great job aligning his patients all the time. Dr Kate Cosby is AWESOME, she's very talented, knows the parts to be aligned. It's more helpful too to let them know exactly where the painful points are,and, ask what exercises to be done. Dr K perfectly aligns my spine and does an EXCELLENT job all the time. Dr. Hugh's is the best, he's knowledgeable, caring and effective. There's no need too make an appointment. I've always felt like it doesn't matter what you do for your health (eg: weights, exercise) but if the frame (bones)isn't in alignment then everything else is going to be much less effective because your trying to work with a jumbled mess instead of an organized structure.
