I’ve been to most of The Joint locations in the Phoenix area and have always had great experiences. Until yesterday when I went to the Metro Center location and the receptionist didn’t check me in, even though I scanned my keycard. When I was passed up by someone who arrived after me I went to the desk any “bothered” her. She was rude and said she thought I was just with one of the other patients and then asked me if this was my home location or where I signed up, why would that even matter?
