I had a wonderful experience at the Joint, Druid Hill location. Dr. Walker really took time to explain things and gave me several recommendations about my work station, other things I should to help with my issues with my back, I joined and will definitely be a regular.
Dr. Toth is nothing short of a miracle worker! I came in yesterday with excruciating pain following a hectic move. I left his office, just after five minutes, feeling like I had been given a brand new body. His treatment was fast and effective -- no lengthy questions or sales pitches. I met with Dr. Ahmed at the Druid Hills office and he performed my adjustments. Dr. Ahmed first sat patiently and educated me on the benefits of adjusting your body on a regular. Which gave me quite an insight and allowed me to want TJ maintain my membership. Also, their service remove all the wait time that most doctors have. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Not to mention, I felt much better after I left. Kudos to you Dr. Ahmed.
I purchased a package of visits in late 2014. As soon as I did, The Joint sent me a card for a Free Adjustment (signed by Dr Thomas). On my next visit, I tried to use my "Free" card, but the receptionist told me that it was easier from an accounting standpoint to use the pre-paid adjustments on file and when those were gone I could use my "Free" card. She scratched out the expiration date on the "Free" card and initialed it (initials C.R.). Today I tried to use my "Free" card and was told that they had changed management and... read more
