I started coming here after my herniated disc flared up and I couldn’t even put a shirt on or put my hair up without crying. I’ve been seeing Dr. Callahan since and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s incredibly sweet, funny and GREAT at her job. ❤️ She takes the time to listen to your concerns and talks you through the adjustment. I always leave here feeling brand new and looking forward to my next visit. Everyone here is very friendly and the office is very clean. I highly recommend The Joint.
I have been requesting a copy of the contract and refund do to Covid19 and trying to follow safety orders and stay home. I was promised the refund and a copy of the contract and here nearly 3 weeks later still nothing.
When I first started coming here I was in a lot of pain, all day every day. Gradually it began to subside with treatment and now I don’t even feel like the same person. Dr. Gibson and Dr. Pace are fantastic, but so are the doctors at the Oviedo clinic. Love coming here!
possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. I hadn't used their services for 5 months and realized that i have still been charged for all the months i hadn't been going. I reached out to find out if they could do anything for me to help out with a refund. I wasn't looking for a full refund for 5 months just something as a show of good faith. they told me there was nothing they would do for me. so after paying for 20 sessions and using not one of them they wouldn't do anything for me except keep my money. so I just did my first adjustment with them. I was a little stressed not knowing what to expect. he explained as he went. and after I felt so much better. walked in in a lot of pain in my lower back hip area and tension in my neck and shoulders. walked out feeling loose and relaxed. thank you guys. I look forward to my next adjustment. I also like that they are every where. we travel a lot so this will help me keep on track and be able to stay on a schedule .
No appointments needed and affordable. Highly recommended
