Buying a home in a new town 1300 miles from our home for 44 years was a daunting prospect but Derek made the process easier and more pleasurable than I could imagine. His knowledge of the local market and his experience are top-notch. And the patience and sense of humor he showed with a couple of old folks who had trouble pulling the trigger was admirable! I would not hesitate to trust Derek with our next home purchase, but we’re not moving again! Oh, and he has some pretty snazzy socks too!
