I love this clinic. Yes the wait time is terrible but that's usually any clinic.
Dr. Bryant the best. My son had her at birth and he soon be 18. I’m truly gonna miss her.
I’ve been waiting since June for them to call me back and they have yet to do so. I called and contacted them after being told by Doctor Seltzer to call and they will be seen soon as possible. No luck there! This is a complete mess!
Horrible wait times, I was in the waiting area for 40 mins after check in. I make appointments for my children and they don’t go through. I had this happen about three times. Show up at the appointment and says there is nothing scheduled. I’m looking for another office ASAP. They use to didn’t be like this years ago my kids were born here and now 15/16 years old. Then they don’t apologize about the wait time or the inconvenience.
I called this location to schedule an intake for my newborn infant. I live in the East Baltimore community and figured that there would be a convenience to taking my baby here. I attempted to call and schedule an appointment; however, the electronic operator sent me in circles. Eventually after pushing a bunch of numbers to attempt to get through to a human being, I finally was able to attempt to schedule an intake.
