Pediatric Gastroenterology is phenomenal here. Kind doctors, nurses and assistants. Easy to make appointments and you are notified if a sooner one becomes available via MyChart.
Went to a department and had a consultation to have a test done. That was appointment 1. The test came back negative, and they told me this on the phone. Great. But they want a follow up appointment to give THE SAME INFORMATION IN PERSON for some reason, during COVID, mind you. Pointless second appointment, but a great opportunity to charge my health insurance I guess?
