I don't think they deserve a single star at this place. I called Johns Hopkins Hospital (David Rubenstein Children's Burn Center) on Tuesday, January 21st, and the assistant told me my son had an appointment for Wednesday, January 22nd. When we arrived, my son's name wasn't even on the list, and when they finally called us, it was to tell us they would give us an appointment for Thursday because that's when they had actually scheduled us. I had a very frustrating experience at Johns Hopkins Hospital, David M. Rubenstein Child Health Building, specifically with Pulmonology scheduling. My son originally had an appointment with the pulmonologist on 12/19/25. At 12:28 PM on 12/15/2025, I received a voicemail from Niketchi stating the appointment had to be rescheduled because Dr. Velda Ocasio Ramirez would not be in the office. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! Horrendous wait time, sitting in the waiting room for 57 minutes, then when called had to wait 3 hours for a 10 minute procedure after my physical. Very sorry staff, David should be ashamed. I can’t believe this place is still running I should have gone to Good Samaritan if I knew I was going to wait this long.
The person scheduling the appointments was extremely kind, respectable, and patient. She was amazing and provided the best service. Thank you so much!
