Sam Messina and Tonya Wilkins deserve a five-star rating as they were responsible for selling our home within 30 days despite setbacks with our solar company who were difficult in finalizing an assumption agreement with the new buyers. Sam and Tonya were methodical in staying on top of all outstanding issues. Sam's marketing of our home went far and above what most agents would devote.
