Thanks to The Jill Biggs Group I found my home. I worked with Aditi, who was very knowledgeable in every aspect. I love how I received emails daily when a home within my price range became available on the market. It made the process of me finding what I was looking for much easier. This agency is not trustworthy. We were purchasing a condo that the seller Elysa Lyons had listed. We had a verbal agreement, the next day she told us they had received a higher offer and said we needed to match the offer. She promised if we did so they would not entertain a further offer. We were upset but matched the offer, and they signed the contract. The next day they called back and backed out of the agreement because they had received a higher offer.
