I recently bought a condo with them. My agent was Reema. She may be a good person but I am not sure as an agent, especially to first home buyer like myself. She initially didn’t check on CO but told me they do so I had to terminate the initial contract after 2.5 months of waiting when I found out it actually didn’t.
