Lifetime customer for sure ! Could not have been happier. They treated us like we were buying $10000 in diamonds when in fact our purchase was under $300 ! I look forward to telling my friends and family to go support these guys. These are the kind of business's that making shopping local worth it !!

Kudos !! Did not know this store existed until last week and what a find. I ordered a ring from a pretty well known on line store and after being told the ring was in production and we would ship in a day or so. I got a call and was told they could not do the piece(After me paying!) I was in a panic and was at the bank and talking about my dilema, a young man came over and said go to The Jewelry Mart in Old Town and see what they can do for you. Very Happy with Jewelry Mart This place rocks. We had our Engagement ring designed and made here and it was a good 30% less than elsewhere. We got great computer images of the ring before and the ring came out exactly as we wanted. We were referred here by a friend and could not have been happier. Not sure about the negative review here we were treated quite well and friends we have since referred could not say enough good stuff...FYI we dealt with a tall blond guy too !!!

Worst experience ever!!!! I can't speak to the quality of work or prices but had the worst experience ever there! Got engaged on Christmas morning and my fiance wanted to get her ring sized ASAP and the store I bought was closed on the 26th. We brought it in and the jeweler(big blond guy) and proceded to tell us what a poor quality diamond it was and the problems with it, right in front of my fiance!!! Local at its Best ! I just want to say that I have always been a online buyer of my gifts and jewelry. I was having lunch close to the jewelry mart and was waiting for my friends to show up so I just walked in the store to kill a few minutes and was really blown away by this gem(pun) of a little store. Its like stepping back into a place when you really felt appreciated as a customer. Decent service, knowledgeable staff, fair prices The Jewelry Mart may not look like much from the outside, located in downtown Goleta across the street from a mom n' pop "Oriental" market and just yards away from a 7-11, but the folks inside the store were surprisingly helpful. I went to go get my ring adjusted since I made a mistake then purchasing it online. It was a beautiful but cheap ring, about $35, and I thought it was made out of silver.
