I went there to get a custom name plate made , I put a deposit down November 6th or 7th with a request the piece be done by December 6th, which Yessenia assured me it could be done by that time with a 2-3week timeframe. On December 4th I received a picture of a design nothing had been made, I had another piece to pick up so I informed them I wanted my money back I was then told by the store manager kim when I got there that they had trouble placing the baguettes which nobody even said anything for that whole month so I then ... read more

Kimberly was amazing , she helped my husband & I get our rings rhodium cleaned & they also replaced a diamond that fell out of my ring. They are always so friendly & always so helpful . They are our go to jewelers!
