It was our first time here and we had an amazing experience at The Jewelery Appraiser working with Deborah and her husband Lou! She was very personable, extremely knowledgeable and fully transparent which is hard to come by in this industry. It was such a pleasure to work with Debórah. She was transparent with us from the beginning about all aspects of our ring from the material it was made with, to the placement of diamonds along the shank, halo and center, and then last but not least, the quality of the diamonds. My fiancé and I had my diamond engagement ring appraised by Deborah. Being that this was my first time having an appraisal done, I wasn't sure what to expect. Deborah is amazing at her job, she made the experience so easy and smooth. She educated both of us on my diamond ring and all that comes along with it. I purchased a Diamond wedding set (engagement & 2 bands) for my wife and a diamond wedding band for myself appraised by Ms Debòrah. First let me say, Ms Deb. is more than just the best appraiser there is, but she is truly an amazing person with so much passion for her clients. She really made me feel confident about my fiancé’s engagement ring and I have learned so much more about what goes into Diamond jewelry. The amount of detail she goes into is amazing. This is the second time I have worked with Deborah and both experiences have been great, she is the best! This time Deborah redesigned my engagement ring.
