She took the time to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it to be. We met several times over the course of a few months to make sure the piece was perfect. So happy with my experience here! I was greeted kindly when I walked in, even though I was just window shopping. I was drawn to an artist and ended up falling in love with a beautiful piece that Sandy let me try on and think about, all the while being very personable and above-and-beyond helpful. I was waking my dog in downtown Waynesville this afternoon and stopped in the store (They are dog friendly.) I wanted to see how much it would cost to get my wedding rings cleaned and the prongs on my diamond engagement ring checked. The very friendly staff person told me there is no charge and we can do it right now. She suggested I make a contribution to the Habitat for Humanity jar sitting on the counter. I highly recommend this store and plan on going there for all of my jewelry needs.

The best customer service. Period! I lost an earring I bought there. They wrote artist & got them to remake / send just 1. They have held earrings I ordered months between my trips to Waynesville ( too long- ❤️Waynesville). When i finally got back to NC they recognized me & brought it out from under the counter before I could ask- wird to the wise -subscribe to their newsletters. They make me smile every time.
