Professional and fast! I brought in my wedding band to be resized and a delicate gold bracelet that belonged to my late Grandmother for a repair. Both were handled the same day and with meticulous care. Would recommend and will definitely return!
Called about a repair. Was told it could be done. Went on my lunch break. Could not be done until the next week. Wish they would have led with that when I called. The older man was very nice and inviting. The lady, whom I assumed answered the phone, didn't speak to me the entire time I was in the store.
My husband recommended this establishment to me for jewelry purposes. I was not disappointed by the high-quality service that I received. They quoted me a reasonable price to resize my jewelry and they had it completed by the next day. If you have any questions or concerns they are more than helpful to you.
BUYER BEWARE Not a good experience. Wished I hadn't been rushed into something and returns aren't available. Disappointed. Also his craftsmanship is poor, you can see all the flaws. Trust me - take your money elsewhere. And watch out for your diamonds...... with ring-resizing. I wouldn't, ever again. Fool me once but not twice. And. I just realized a lot of their good reviews are fake!!!!! made from themselves!!!!! 🤣 I do love that they are LGBTQ friendly and hire staff that way.
