BUYER BEWARE! Had a terrible experience here. I asked him to resize my ring and he asked me to leave it overnight. I'm almost positive he took out a few of my diamonds and exchanged them with lower quality diamonds. And he also didn't size my ring correctly - he made it smaller than what I asked for. Maybe a ploy to get the rest of the jewels. I also had brought this pendant in that I wanted to add a loop to - he did a terrible job. Its crooked. All his work is crooked. Went in for a replacement battery for my watch. Good customer service and was in and out in about 10 minutes.
Outstanding experience. I waited until the last minute like all men do for Christmas. They were very busy but took as much time as I needed to walk me through getting my wife a beautiful locket. Worked very hard to get me all that I could within my budget. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a top rate master jeweler. They helped me with wrap it up too
My fiancé bought my engagement ring here, and it is absolutely beautiful. I had it resized the first time because it was too big, then my finger swelled (something I didn’t realize could happen since I don’t wear rings). When I went back, they fixed it again quickly, without judgment, and without making it a big deal at all. The turnaround was fast both times. My fiancé also said they were amazing when helping him find my perfect ring. Highly recommend The Jeweler’s Box!
My second time using The Jeweler’s Box - once for repair and once for resizing. Aside from being incredibly kind and easy to work with, you can tell the jeweler has perfected his craft. This is the place in Greenville for all jewelry fixes!
