So sorry that your husband did not know what "estate" meant. However, you both understood "as is, no warranty". This was clearly explained in the sale process and on your receipt. During our phone conversation you stated the online price was the same that your husband paid. This is NOT true; the price paid for this ring was considerably lower than the online price(by several hundred dollars). They have a wonderful staff that help me stay focused on what I went in there for I'm very happy with the fact that if they don't have something I want, they will order it for me.
