I had a bunch of jewelry from my Mom, and was not sure what was real jewelry or costume. Their staff was INCREDIBLY KIND and fun to chat with as they took time to look through every piece to see what was real or not. They did not press me to sell right away, and seemed very trustworthy throughout my experience. Our family did end up selling to them and at a fair price. I would 10/10 recommend doing business with them, they are honest and upfront.

I went in with my sister to get our mom and grandma’s jewelry appraised. They sorted through all of our mom’s and grandma’s jewelry to see what was real, and took time to make sure their search was thorough . They were honest about the pricing and helped us navigate the best option for us. They were not pressing about any decisions, and let you make the final decision. They were really kind and caring about the whole process. We did sell to them, and it was at a great price. I definitely recommend them.

I had a small job, change battery on my watch. Walked in, very friendly family business. He fixed it in a few minutes. It also fixed the Indiglow light that had stopped long ago and made the stem work smoothly. Highly recommend! I love supporting small family businesses; friendly and knows his stuff.
