David was very nice the first time we talked after he got the sale with me I called a flew days later to see what's the status of my pumps like any other customer I do have the right to call and find out even if I call 100 times David gives me the worst attidude ever saying he will cancel my order if I call again then a couple days later he text me saying sorry for being a jerk pumps will ship out tomorrow it's now been 3 days after and still no pumps shipped I will never do business with the jetski store again I don't care ... read more

My ski turned to a mess, wires was cut. Poor service! The ski that they sell was under the water for two weeks, you really want to buy that? David admitted himself you do not want to be his customer as he "does not lose" which mean he does not care if you do. Good luck with helping this man's business!
