Beautiful venue, appalling management. Hosted a fundraiser here, and all was perfect except for the catering service. Non-catering staff were great, but the pompous, unhelpful, condescending catering staff should keep you away. Never seen anything like it. Completely bungled both drinks and plated meals. Unwilling to fix when pointed out. A complete failure of service to put it nicely. Avoid at all costs as long as Caleb is in charge. Just a shame. Love the view though!

Beautiful Venue, Disappointing Customer Service My daughter’s wedding was held at The Jefferson a few weeks ago. The ceremony itself was beautiful. The space photographed wonderfully, the guests had a great time, and the bride and groom were very happy. I would absolutely recommend The Jefferson as a venue in terms of its aesthetics and layout.
