We held our daughter’s wedding here and the venue itself and the views were beautiful. Emma, the venue director, and Lucas, the bar manager, were incredibly helpful and so easy to work with. We had some significantly unpleasant interactions with Caleb, who I believe is the venue GM, that were extremely unprofessional and, quite frankly, rude. Beautiful venue, appalling management. Hosted a fundraiser here, and all was perfect except for the catering service. Non-catering staff were great, but the pompous, unhelpful, condescending catering staff should keep you away. Never seen anything like it. Completely bungled both drinks and plated meals. Unwilling to fix when pointed out. A complete failure of service to put it nicely. Avoid at all costs as long as Caleb is in charge. Just a shame. Love the view though!
