Lost huge sums of money in my IRA with this group. They are unresponsive to calls and e-mails, invested $200,000 into a penny stock which is something I’d expect of Jordan Belfort and not Ameriprise. They also took months to move my money as requested when I left them for another investment advisor - said they had to “call the main office” and put me off multiple times. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t use them if you like your money. They don’t answer or return phone calls even if you have millions invested with them. Tim and his other con men can’t be bothered to do with client money as requested for several weeks. One of their “advisors”, David Ferraro, invested a large sum in an incredibly risky energy fund for an 85 year old man which lost over half of its value in a matter of months and now can’t be withdrawn at all as the fund is in the red.
