Jeff both sold me my original house in Federal Hill, and helped me sell it when I moved out of state. Noone is more knowledgeable about the area than him, and he went above and beyond in both circumstances to make sure I was taken care of. His team was extremely professional, and made sure not a detail was missed during the process.
Jeff helped us find our new home in Baltimore with a water view. He showed us condos and townhouses in the Inner Harbor area and one of them turned out to be perfect! Purchasing a new home can be complicated and stressful, but he and his team made the entire transaction easy. An added bonus is Jeff knows Baltimore so well; he can recommend great contractors and great restaurants! If you are looking for a realtor, we say without hesitation, call Jeff!
I posted an interest in a specific property on one of the free home search websites. In the message, I specifically requested to be contacted only by email. My phone rang almost immediately from Compass Realty, The Jeff Washo Team. Very soon after that, I received a text from the same team. My response was "Please cease all communications", because they ignored my request to be contacted only by email.
