It’s obvious Zach cares about doing a good job and getting your Jeep fixed more than anything else. At first I called and he was able to help me think through possible problems and I ended up being able to figure out what was wrong with my Jeep after. But if I need shop help with my Jeep in the future I’m pretty darn certain I’ll be taking it here.
After dealer gave me a laundry list of parts and an outrageous estimate to address the “death wobble” on my 2014 Jk Unlimited, I called Zach at the Jeep Guy to see if he could help. I was headed to Moab so he told me to swing by and he’d work it in for me. I showed up and in about 5 minutes he had the problem diagnosed.
