Got 2 doors installed. The entire process was professional and the price was GREAT. Jay, the installer, was very experienced and took pride in his work. I'm very happy.
Purchased through Costco and received a 15% Costco card card rebate on the doors only. Technician was pleasant and called when he was en-route. I was surprised that it was just one technician doing the double door job. He worked all day and completed by 5:00pm. Everything looked and worked fine. He asked me if I had any questions. My only comment was the light mess I had to sweep up later. I would recommend Jaydor.
I called them THREE times and had to leave a message for a call back to book a service call at my house that I was trying to schedule three days in advance. No one EVER called back. Fortunately, I didn't wait more than 24 hours after the first call and scheduled another company to do the service. It is now 72 hours later and STILL no one has called me from Jaydor!
