Seemed like a great guy, but that all changed after closing. He couldn't do anything in a timely manner and only ever made me feel like a bother. The whole experience was horrible due to many things going wrong, and we almost lost the house due to an attourney error. After we finally managed to close he never even tried to reach out to congratulate us. He just accepted his commission and disappeared (not that he was there much to begin with).
