It’s been two months since I moved out and still have not received my deposit. You will not get your deposit back after you have moved and left the unit spotless. I have not received any correspondence/status as to why it has not been returned. You have been warned.
Closed leasing office for a year to upgrade it and now only one person works in there! Can never get in touch with anyone over the phone or in person. Takes forever for maintenance to visit the apartment. Office was closed for an hour and half due to the singular leasing agent doing an apartment tour in the middle of the day
Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. The leasing office staff, especially Kayla and Jose, have been consistently unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful throughout my time here. Communication is poor, and responses are often dismissive or misleading, which only adds to tenant frustration. The level of customer service is unacceptable.
