I love this place more than Wendy's
HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!! Daughter has lived there 2 years: gates NEVER been working but they ALL PAY FOR THIS SERVICE, her neighbors upstairs have 3 dogs (appear to be pit bull like breed) they never take them down to pee so they pee on the balcony and it goes down to her patio furniture/rug/plants - I have video of the roof of her deck TOTALLY STAINED WITH PEE STAINS!!! This place is not safe. I hear fighting, gun shots, there are little kids running around smoking weed all the time. My truck got broken into due to the lack of the gates being closed which we PAY for. They have never worked my entire experience living here. On top of all of this I had a dead tree fall on my car due to poor landscaping and negligence of keeping up with the property. Absolutely do NOT live here. Whatever you do. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. Move in and you'll find out right away.
