We recently moved from Western Washington to Northern Idaho, and Will Rhodes was our realtor. I can't recommend him highly enough. Right from the get go he was highly professional and responsive. Great Service, continuous contact and modern technology all made my experience flawless. Jason had the home on the market with pictures quickly, got me a great offer and best of all did all the negotiations for me, and handled all the issues that came up efficiently. Our experience with Will Rhodes was AMAZING!! From the very first meeting, he was very engaged on our needs. He was very attentive and paid a lot of attention to what we wanted in a home. He even changed his schedule to help us find a home when we were on a tight time crunch. We would definitely recommend him to others. I feel that Will goes above and beyond for his clients.

I worked with Blair Hammer and he was amazing. Patient and kind as our desires evolved and changed in the process. hey stayed level headed and even keeled through it all. After a while, I wasn't house hunting with my agent, I was just looking at houses with my friend.

From the start Jason was very honest. He helped us figure out what was most important in getting our home ready to sell. He was very knowledgeable about market conditions and trends. I was never left to wonder what was going on. His communication skills are excellent. I appreciate him being straightforward and honest with his opinion. His team was on top of anything that came up. We used Will Rhodes from Keller Williams Realty to help us find our dream home in Sandpoint! Not only did he help us look for months until we found the right one for us, but he helped make it ours! As first time homebuyers, we needed someone highly knowledgeable of the process and he definitely surpassed all of our expectations! Kris Zarek helped us to purchase our home while we were out of state and we couldn't be happier. We really appreciate him going above and beyond and helping make the whole process smooth and relatively easy. He answered all of our questions, did video walk throughs for us because we were unable to be there, and he made sure everything was handled properly.
