I would give more stars if I could. My townhome sat on the market for 10 months. I was with a reputable well-known realty firm, and with a realtor who had good ratings. Great experience! I had my home listed for 8 months with another realtor and she didn't seem to care and just let it sit there. She didn't do open houses or do anything to promote my home so I took the house off the market and was going to rent it. Rex contacted me and assured me he could sell my home.
