We have used Rex and his group to sell two homes in the Denver area. Both times he has sold our house within two weeks of being on the market. He and his assistants do heavy marketing and research in the area and are great at following up and providing updates on a regular basis.
I would give more stars if I could. My townhome sat on the market for 10 months. I was with a reputable well-known realty firm, and with a realtor who had good ratings. Great experience! I had my home listed for 8 months with another realtor and she didn't seem to care and just let it sit there. She didn't do open houses or do anything to promote my home so I took the house off the market and was going to rent it. Rex contacted me and assured me he could sell my home. Rex called me about listing my property. We had just taken it off the market and were planning to rent it out. We had had a lot of trouble selling and were not optimistic about relisting it.
