I just deleted my previous comment. After the sale of my property and this Realtor getting her .commission , she completely dropped the ball re a permit that needed to be settled ( $1500 of my money in escrow ) : she chose to keep the buyers happy and never followed through ( over 3 years ) : i forfeited my money. Would not recommend. .
Janet was a great landlord and was extremely understanding and accommodating to any needs/requests. Highly recommend leasing from her. Great experience overall.
