I called regarding a billing issue and the billing dept directed me to the local office. The local office had set up my kids profiles incorrectly during the switch from community. I cannot access any of their bills. I was on the phone with the local office for 30 minutes and the issue is still not resolved. I guess they don’t want to get paid. We’ve had great experiences with the doctors and NPs here but the staff have been unprofessional and unhelpful.
so rude when trying to schedule appointments and they scheduled my child with an NP that diagnosed her wrong and she ended up sepsis.
My kid's doctor was amazing.Then, they got bought out by jane pauley ever since then, it has gone downhill.They refused to see my kid they are a big joke now!
