Since they changed to Jane Pauley they’ve gone down hill.
They never get my kids in to be seen I've left voice mails after voice mails. Very sad! I switched my childred Drs today and will never return or recommend to anyone!!!!
Amazing office and doctors. Since merging with Jane Pauly, scheduling service has gone down hill. SIGNIFICANTLY! 5 days worth of calling to schedule a wellness check. No call back. The entire call from start to finish is handled by a machine and half the options don’t work. They claim you are in a line to be called back by a scheduling advisor. You’re not. Really disappointing. We will be switching to a new provider due to the lack of service. They’d rather make money instead of acknowledging existing patients who need care.
