I had an appointment with this clinic through a rheumatology clinic based out of Ohio. Horrible experience because they put me with a NP who seemed to be hellbent on diagnosing me with one specific condition and ignored the obvious diagnosis in my charts. So a waste of time. I went to my dermatologist who diagnosed me right away and am now prescribed a biological to help with my arthritis.
I rarely leave reviews, but I had the worst medical experience I’ve ever had here — and I’ve been through chemotherapy, biopsies, and more. I scheduled months ahead to see a specific doctor, and was switched to someone else without notice just 20 minutes before the appointment. I was misinformed that I had to use their on-site lab — that other Quest locations wouldn’t honor the order — which was completely false. This is not healthcare. Alicia Wolf is not qualified. I wouldn’t recommend this place for my pet.
I have tried numerous times to find someone good in the medical field for my health. But have quit and gave up. This place is just another reason why I have given up. I saw someone on May 27th of this year-2025. Besides the problem I was having (which that hasn’t changed despite the medication that she prescribed) I have something wrong with the toe nail on my right foot as you can clearly see in the picture.
