Jane Pauley Community saved my life, literally. The NP's I see are phenomenal! The only issue is how much time my prescribing NP was allowed to see me. Twenty minutes is not a safe amount of time to assess a patient. My NP, Jaima Byrd did a remarkable job trying to get my prescriptions refilled and her best to see if I had any concerns or issues. Also, I believe the NP's should have allotted time to consult with eachother to see how we are doing. Regardless of the logistics, both NP's I see are excellent. Great job Leslie St... read more
Where do I begin? I have went here for a full year. Had the same nurse practitioner , audre johnson, the whole time. I had a high risk pregnancy when I started going here. I mainly dealt with Riley for those purposes. But after giving birth, audre was my pcp. This place is an absolute joke. God forbid you have severe anxiety and need frequent visits , you’re a nuisance. I had several concerns about my health, tried addressing them, and was told that we would cover only a couple of things . No! You are my pcp , you address it... read more
