I have dental anxiety & extremely bad teeth. The staff was EXTREMELY compassionate about my concerns, talked me through every step of the way, gave me info on how to schedule with a “warm handover” counselor so I can receive extra support during my visits, and they made sure to check in on me regularly as I waited. My daughter is 2 and has autism. I was extremely worried she would need to be sent to a specialist and put to sleep due to her biting and just being very strong. They were extremely patient and quick. They helped me hold her perfectly. I was so pleasantly surprised with how smooth it went.

This person refused to look at the tooth that bothered me insisting on 15+ shots he needed first. "I need to look at all of the 18 xrays or else I get in trouble". Well, mister, you already are. I must add on my behalf he looked quite assured of himself and sounded heighty, which I think a person in his position SHOULD NOT. His job is to help people in pain.
