I live here currently and it’s a terrible apartment: - You can hear your neighbors with ease, I was lied to when touring and told i wouldn’t be able to hear them. - there’s two doors to get through to get inside, the first one the glass is cracked on and has been for ages. The second door you don’t even need a key for you can just tug it open. - the washers and dryers are so old they don’t even have a screen on them, so I had to figure out how long a cycle was on each one, 30 min for a wash 50 min for a dry. - the other day ... read more
Worst place to live, full of rats, maintenance is the worst and they say they include heating but the units are cold af because they never turn it on, plus they don’t have private parking so don’t surprise if your car window gets broken, there’s people always breaking windows to steal stuff. Wouldn’t live here ever again.
I live here currently and definitely won’t be renewing my lease. I’m posting this under an alias so they don’t know which resident I am. - First couple months I dealt with fruit flies, I’m an extremely clean person so I don’t know where they came from but I finally got rid of them. - I still see house centipedes on occasion which is really gross but I take care of it. - Unit 7 on the first floor closest to the back alley door had squatters in it, the only reason I found out at first was one of the other residents left a note... read more
