I just recently toured The James with a group from Birmingham Next. I have been hosting these housing tours for almost 10 years and have toured over 50 communities. We were all very impressed by this community. it was clean, bright and modernized. We looked at two units and they were spacious and spotlessly clean. I am searching for a place that meets my expectations and I believe I found my home. The staff is attentive and show great respect to their residents. During my tour, I learned that the services makes it easy to pay one bill all in one. Most charge for every line item, but The James makes it easy to pay one bill to cover it all. Thank you Kai-Anne and Kizzie for a great tour.
My experience here has been pleasant and comfortable. The people that I met are friendly, caring and kind. I loved my window view of the greenery garden and the meals are deliciously prepared. My move-in experience with Kai-Anne was very smooth and easy. The services are excellent and I encourage anyone searching for themselves to visit.
Extremely clean and very contemporary building, with extremely attentive and friendly staff. Executive Director, Kizzy Parks and, Senior Leasing Agent, Kai-Anne Radcliffe made the entire leasing and move in process seamless and professional. I highly recommend this facility!!
