The atmosphere was great. Friendly and accommodating staff waited on us. The music was nostalgic. Portions were generous and the dinner menu had a great variety. Everything that we ordered was delicious.
Food was amazing...appetizers and all. The staff was also very nice. We closed the place. Gotta try the Asian Noodle Soup!

I had heard only good things about The James, so I had to see what it was all about. There was 5 of us in my group. We all had something different, and ordered a few appetizers. Everything was absolutely delicious! The service staff was amazing! The atmosphere was far more impressive then I had imagined. I felt like I was at world class restaurant, but at a very affordable price. Every single thing we've had here is always amazing! I've been here 4x and I've never had anything I didn't care for. The kale minestrone soup (vegetarian) is probably my favorite thing! So delicious. My fiance LOVED the scallops. The cheesesteaks are pretty much the best around. I don't like pancakes but I love theirs.. They're so fluffy and delicious.. Dinner tonight was outstanding! We brought a nice bottle of red wine. Elegant dining area, very classy. Appetizer was a little slow coming, but worth the wait- fried mozzarella served with delicious slices of bread. Then our dinners were delicious, pork tenderloin with apple cranberry compote and brussel sprouts. My partner had the short ribs with mashed potatoes and green beans. Can't wait to come back with friends!
