James was very personable and determined. We knew when we first sat down with James about listing our home we made the right choice to go with him. We had very high expectations for James to sell our home quickly and we knew by the various showings that he was out there doing his job. We highly recommend James Bausch.

We had a wonderful experience with James! He asked great questions to help us nail down our preferences, and then he was proactive in sending us listings based on them. He has great knowledge of the process of buying a house and is also extremely knowledgeable about home maintenance and issues that would come up in an inspection. He advocated for us on numerous occasions, and always had our best interest at heart. Couldn't recommend him more!!

My boyfriend and I decided to buy our first home back in November of 2015. We of course were very optimistic and a bit naive about what we could and couldn't afford. James really helped us in a polite and straight forward way to see what we could afford. He was always available to speak with us about anything that we needed and even when nothing was going on, would occasionally check in just to be sure everything was going well.
