Great food and a great atmosphere.
Great Patio and Mixologists!
Staff was very rude to our party of 9. They acted like it was a huge hassle to serve us! They didn't want to help us get tables & chairs together or allow us to move them ourselves. I didn't eat or drink so I can't review that. I would never go back. You don't speak to customers like they did!

The Jacobson has the best burger I have ever had! Our Server was excellent. Very fun place to meet friends. Cocktails are great as well.
We made a reservation to The Jacobson over a month ago for 1/25/2014. It was highly recommended by the couple we were going with as they'd eaten there several times and we had not. A couple weeks after making the reservation we saw it was KC Restaurant Week where several restaurants offer a prix fixe menu with several options offered as an inexpensive way to sample local restaurants. Food and service was excellent! Thank you Teresa for the suggestions and perfect wine parings. Please school the maitre di on greeting (or in our case, not greeting) guests..... he was the only hiccup of an otherwise delightful evening!

We had a super excellent time on our first visit there on Saturday night! Our server was Randall and he did a perfect job seeing to our dinner needs. The food was delicious and we loved the ambiance and the jazz music. Loved it!!
