Don't move here unless you like people gossiping about you and half of your appliances are decrepit. If you’re single, every guy will hit on you and say inappropriate things to your face. Good points, they have great air conditioning and heating. Nice parking and its close to shops. 2 1/2 is more like it. Neighbor upstairs never leaves and stalks me from room to room waiting for me to make noise at nite. Lol. No mgt. on-site. You have to call, leave msg.
The new owners and management at this property are horrible to work with. They won't return calls. They won't fix tenant concerns. The last time I visited my mother the elevator was smeared with dried blood. There were homeless appearing men sleeping in the hallways. Awful.
