My experience was good, the staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Dr. Co is a great doctor and very pleasant. But the scheduling staff and the rude officer manager who talks over you dropped the ball twice. Completely lied about getting a prior authorization for the second time submitted after they rushed to submit one on the Friday prior to the actual procedure on Monday. Never returned calls like she said she would either. Having bad staff can really make or break a doctor's office.
We liked the doctor but it was impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office
