We love Kim Hindi and her nurse, Leslie, but the office staff is horribly rude. They treat my family and I like we’re a nuisance; every phone call or encounter with them, they are snippy and disrespectful, unhelpful. Calling and actually getting someone on the phone is extremely difficult, then being spoken to like these women speak to patients makes it an uncomfortable experience.
