Not only did Ms.Shelly Byrd not call me back like she said she would. Nobody followed up no recommendations no nothing !! All Shelly said was levels are normal ! But she’s not even a doctor she’s a nurse , people who care about there patients try there best to offer assistance and it seems the people there just want a check they don’t care if they help you or not as long as the insurance goes through there happy!! Very dissatisfied I’ll try a real urgent care who has DOCTORS who assist.
My daughter and I routinely have a physical form done here every year, which includes the TB test. The nurse that administer her TB test erroneously gave us the wrong return date. While Updating her calendar in return time the nurse was question about her return instructions. And her instructions to return she asked my daughter to return the week following On that Wednesday.
