I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience at The Jackson at Viridian so future residents know what they’re walking into. I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding both the management of The Jackson at Viridian and, in particular, the conduct of your property manager, Burgundy Jacklin. Recently, I had an interaction with Ms. Jacklin regarding issues with the transition to ClickPay. Stayed here for one year. There were a lot of problems, including bugs, water leaking, etc.. After moving out, the property charges me a ridiculous $750 fee for the tub resurface, while I kept the unit a very good condition. I have stayed a many apartments. This is the only one that charged me.
Lived here for a month and I would never recommend anyone this apartment. 1. After we moved out for one month to CA, they charged me 600+ for the damage which does not appear. The only real damage is caused when repairing the ceiling leakage! Really, do I need to pay for it? 2. My keys to the front door is not ready. After I moved in for one month I just received it. 3.
