Great staff
Horrible service charge me $85 for a move out fee and I didn't even move there this is a straight up scam avoid this place you been warned
I honestly was expecting more/better out of The Jackson based off their advertisement as being a “ Luxury apartment “. I’ve had multiple problems since I’ve moved in. From not having a working washer and dryer for a month. Not having a dishwasher for a month and a half. Ceiling leak that was reported in January and still not taken care of. It’s disappointing… If you’re currently having similar issues definitely use the Texas Property Code to receive recourse. If I could give it a half star I would. Like a 2.5
