I’ve been a resident at The Ivy for two years now, and my experience has been wonderful. Taryn at the leasing office is so kind and helpful, and Jerrel from the maintenance team is truly amazing. He can fix just about everything and he takes great pride in his work. I’m very happy and content living at The Ivy.
I really enjoyed living here at first but the constant construction has become too much to overlook. Every month it feels like there is a new project that disrupts daily life to the point where I've had to stay overnight at my family's or friends' places to get away from it. Because of the construction projects, the gate to the parking garage is open 24/7 so that contractors can park there and I haven't seen it closed in the past few months or more. Newly moved it- everything is as described and I truly find the apartment beautiful, I especially like the countertops, flooring and bathroom. We put in our first maintenance request today and Jerrel came within hours. He was friendly, professional, and courteous! Would recommend anyone tour The Ivy to see if it may be a good fit for you.
