Very bad communication I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for two days now to talk about planning a wedding and putting a deposit down and no one ever gets back to me which is surprising for a supposed five star hotel.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Calvin, one of the wonderful concierges. James and Alex were fabulous as well, and we were treated with genuine respect and appreciation throughout our stay. Thereza was very helpful when we had a question, and Mary and Cynthia made us feel incredibly special in the restaurant. I can’t say enough about the outstanding quality of service and the exceptional treatment we received. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
