We had a lovely one-night stay at The Ivy for a birthday celebration. I'm rating this hotel 4 stars rather than 5 due to the cost creating a higher expectation that was not quite met. Firstly, this is a beautiful, historic space. It's gorgeously decorated and lovingly cared for. The service is warm and attentive. This is very important, and is expected for a luxury hotel.
