Mice, foreign hairs and more!!! We chose The Ivy Hotel for a special luxury stay and, while the on-site staff were phenomenal and provided truly warm service, the overall experience was deeply disappointing. Shortly after arrival we found foreign hairs in our room, which we initially overlooked.
