We had a very good experience. Service was excellent. A hotel but with a homey atmosphere. Definity will be coming back and have referred friends.
From my call just yesterday to see if there was an opening to my arrival, service & exit this was a 10/10 experience. I did not stay, but if my spa experience will be remotely close, they can count on that changing soon. The tour with Brandy was thorough & enticing, everyone we passed on the way upstairs was accommodating & pleasant, the valet greeting me by name was a very special touch, especially because I took a car to the Ivy that he didn’t have to park. Hotel is very welcoming and accommodating. The staff is lovely. Unfortunately the spa experience left much to be desired. We got a 60 minutes massage and the pressure was not up to par even though I had asked for firm pressure, initially. I had to keep asking for more pressure unfortunately throughout the massage.
We keep returning to this hotel time and time again, and for good reason—nothing compares. We've tried other similarly rated hotels, but none of them offer the same level of service or attention to detail. From the moment you arrive, you feel truly special, and that's what keeps us coming back. The service is absolutely top-notch, with staff who go out of their way to ensure that every need is met.
