Pretty terrible and unsafe place to live. In one month over 5 cars had their windows broken and items stolen from the buildings “secure” garage. I personally was assaulted with a baseball bat when confronting someone trying to break into the building. I reported the assault to the building management and never even got an email back. Rent goes up every year while the building rots from sub-par maintenance and cheap upgrades that fall apart a few weeks after.

I’ve been living here for 4 years and have to admit never seen a professional management like here, building is clean all the time and keeping it in a very good condition, beside the location and the safe neighborhood.

Great apartment to live in! The location is in a safe area and has easy access to the freeway. Even though it was close to the freeway, the apartment was not very noisy. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. There is also a gated garage and a courtesy guard at night, which added to the sense of security. Management was terrific! The manager, Jovan, is wonderful and great communicator. If there were any issues or questions, he would be on it. Would recommend this apartment!

Not only do these apartments have an incredible location but the management company is the best I have seen for service. I would highly recommend living here.
