Not a great place to rent with kids Rules from @IvyApartments in Las Vegas Do not back into your parking space... your subject to be towed. Anyone under the age of 18 not allowed outside past 10pm No children Hanging out by the apartment buildings In the parking lot,playing ball, ride bikes,scooters,skateboards Do not throw trash over the wall into the garbage can fine 35 dollars. Play ground fro kids is littered with trash and is not maintained very well.
A GREAT place to live Before we bought our house, we lived in these apartments. Not only are you close to schools, shopping, parks, and restaurants, but you are also living in one of the greatest apartments ever. The property is very clean, the apartments are big, and Bob, the property manger is the best landlord you'll ever have. He knows every tenant by name, and addresses any problem quickly and efficiently. He really cares about YOU, and about the property. There is a nice pool and hot tub, and a very small "exercise roo... read more
