Gorgeous property. The Penthouse is what one should look like! The gym portion was a little small. The pool was not very big. But all in all, loved it. Hard to get to heading north on I-5, but only 2 minutes to access I-5 south bound
An excellent place to live. The leasing team in particular are kind and professional. They are straightforward in lease negotiations and very helpful during the lease too! The rest of the staff for the building are fantastic as well making it one of the best looking and smoothest running buildings in Seattle.
Moved in two months ago and love it so far! The apartment and amenities are great, the location is central (and safe), we have quiet neighbors, and we love the mountain views. The gym is fantastic, the package-handling is very good, and the rooftop is really nice. Some small things we like are the unexpectedly large washer/dryer that fit a lot, the gas range, the smart home features (automated blinds, smart light switches, Nest thermostat).
