Amazing building, convenient location, wonderful amenities that are hard to compete against. The roof top view is beautiful! The only complaint is that some of the receptionists can be a bit rude sometimes to residents and/or guests..
The maintenance team is amazing! I submitted some requests to replace light bulb / outlet, fix door alignment etc. and they fixed them within the same day! The app needs some improvement as some optional fields are still required and I have to put N/A to submit. But the service is amazing!
Great property! One of the best views in the city. The staffs, especially Ashlynne, were extremely nice, professional, and super informative when showing us around the property and community.
