I had a fantastic tour of The Ivey Apartments thanks to Ashlynne, whose professionalism and warmth instantly made me feel at home. She walked me through every detail with care and clarity, and made it easy to envision myself living there. Having someone like her on the team is one of those intangible qualities that truly sets The Ivey apart from other communities.
5-stars for the top notch employees that work here! They are always super friendly and responsive, and any maintenance issue I’ve had has been minor and resolved quickly. The overall vibe of the place is so luxurious and relaxing to come home to.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with The Ivy at Boren management team. The rental process was so smooth and I did everything virtually from a different state. Ashlynne was extremely helpful with communicating right away when I needed assistance, and that’s a huge plus for me when renting.
