RecommendedMy wife and I have lived here for almost 2 years now and we have really enjoyed it. As one of the more affordable options on James Island, there is great value here. We have also had good experiences with the community/other residents here, management, and maintenance as well. Great place to live in our opinion.
Great place to live. It is convenient to everything, they are quick to take care of anything needing to be repaired.
We’ve lived here for 5 years and couldn’t be happier! We’ve had very few issues, but everything has been quickly resolved. What prompted me to write this review is that it is 6pm on a Saturday night, and our AC stopped working. It’s 90 degrees out. I called the office and within 30 minutes a repairman was at my door. 15 minutes later, my AC was fixed! Very happy to live in a place where they take care of their residents.
Great place to live. Have lived here for over 1.5 years. Never had any problems with management they are there if you need them but don't micromanage residents. Maintenance responds quickly to all requests. We like our neighbors, and everyone who lives here is generally very friendly.
We’ve been here for a few months and love it! Becky is an excellent manager, we have had all our concerns and requests taken care of.
They suck Becky the manager has some serious issues they will tell you anything to get you in but once they get you look out and when they leave they will bill you to freshin up the place for their next tennate .... I moved out nearly a year ago and they continue to harrass me
WORST APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN CHARLESTON! When we moved out we were told everything "looked great", but now were being charged for food crumbs in the refrigerator and on the stove. Requested that management send us copies of the pictures, two weeks later and still no pictures. Becky is conveniently "out of the office" 99% of the time leaving the incompetent office staff to run things. Appears all they're interested in is your money.
